Return and Refund Policy

At Ilma English Medium School, we strive to maintain transparency and clarity in all our financial transactions. Please note the following regarding our payment policy:

Non-Refundable Fees: All payments made towards tuition, admission, and other fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is received, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

No Refunds Upon Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from the school for any reason, no portion of the fees paid will be refunded.

No Refunds Upon Transfer: If a student transfers to another institution, no portion of the fees paid will be refunded.

No Refunds Upon Expulsion: If a student is expelled due to disciplinary reasons, no portion of the fees paid will be refunded.

No Refunds for School Closure: In the event of temporary or permanent closure of the school due to unforeseen circumstances, no portion of the fees paid will be refunded.

No Refunds for Natural Calamities: In case of natural disasters or other emergencies that disrupt school operations, no portion of the fees paid will be refunded.

No Refunds for Force Majeure Events: In situations beyond our control, such as pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events, no portion of the fees paid will be refunded.

No Refunds for Unused Services: Fees are charged for the entire academic year. No adjustments or refunds will be made for absences, holidays, or any unused services.

No Refunds for Extracurricular Activities: Fees paid for extracurricular activities, events, or trips are non-refundable, even if the student does not participate.

No Refunds for Deposits: Any deposits made at the time of admission or during the academic year are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Uniforms and Supplies: Payments made for uniforms, books, and other supplies are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Examination Fees: Fees paid for examinations, including board exams, are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Transportation Fees: If the school provides transportation services, fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

No Refunds for Boarding Fees: For students residing in the school hostel, boarding fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

No Refunds for Caution Money: Any caution money or security deposits paid at the time of admission are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Annual Charges: Annual charges for events, functions, or other activities are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Donations: Any donations made to the school are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Miscellaneous Fees: Any other fees collected for specific purposes are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Overpayments: In case of overpayment, the excess amount will be adjusted against future fees. No refunds will be issued.

No Refunds for Payment Errors: It is the responsibility of the payer to ensure the accuracy of payment amounts. The school will not be liable for refunds due to payment errors.

No Refunds for Third-Party Payments: If fees are paid by a third party, refunds will not be issued to the payer but will be adjusted against the student’s account.

No Refunds for Scholarships: Scholarship amounts, if any, are adjustments against fees and are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Financial Aid: Any financial aid or concessions provided are adjustments against fees and are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Fee Waivers: Any fee waivers granted are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of Facilities: Fees are charged for the availability of facilities. Non-utilization does not warrant a refund.

No Refunds for Non-Attendance: Non-attendance does not entitle the student or parent to a refund of fees.

No Refunds for Non-Completion of Course: Fees are charged for the entire course duration. Non-completion does not entitle a refund.

No Refunds for Non-Promotion: Failure to promote to the next grade does not entitle a refund of fees.

No Refunds for Non-Participation in School Events: Fees for school events are non-refundable, even if the student does not participate.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of School Transport: Fees for school transport are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of Hostel Facilities: Hostel fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of Sports Facilities: Fees for sports facilities are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of Library Facilities: Library fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of Laboratory Facilities: Laboratory fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of Co-Curricular Activities: Fees for co-curricular activities are non-refundable, regardless of participation.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of Extra-Curricular Activities: Fees for extra-curricular activities are non-refundable, regardless of participation.

No Refunds for Non-Utilization of Counseling Services: Fees for counseling services are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
